• Your first withdrawal may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

Odds may change while a live bet is being processed. TK88 gives you the opportunity to confirm the latest odds before each live bet is accepted. Once you click "Confirm Bet", the bet will be recorded at those odds.

In Sports Betting, if a selection cannot be settled due to an inconclusive result — such as an abandoned match — it is typically settled at odds of 1.00, which reduces the overall odds of that betting slip. Specific rules may vary depending on the sport and market.

Every bonus offer at TK88 comes with its own specific terms. Before accepting any bonus, read those terms carefully — pay particular attention to the rollover requirement, expiry period, and which games the bonus can be used on.

• Each promotion can only be used once, unless otherwise stated.
• If you withdraw before completing the rollover requirement, the bonus portion will be forfeited.

• Betting on matches using insider information or in connection with match fixing.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Using TK88 for money laundering purposes.
• Assisting a person under 18 to place bets.
• Fraudulent activity using the TK88 name or logo.

TK88 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following situations.

• Confirmed or reasonably suspected violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If the KYC information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure — reclaiming a balance after an account has been closed can be complicated.
